Big Enough to Deliver, Small Enough to Care
To our advisors, our tagline is much more than a catchy phrase. We believe—and our advisors agree—that ‘Big enough to deliver, small enough to care’ encapsulates how we think, how we operate, and how we work together as a team.
Founded by Robert J. Lindner in 1996, Lindner Capital Advisors has been serving clients and advisors for nearly three decades. The firm has utilized Modern Portfolio Theory since its inception and continues to employ the core academic beliefs that have been awarded the Nobel Prize in Economics seven times since 1990. Far from stagnant in our approach to investing, LCA espouses key institutional managers in the field of economics at the University of Chicago, Stanford University, University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and Dartmouth University.
We take pride in our history, our commitment to the fiduciary standard, and our success as a team. But most importantly, we take pride in our community of advisors. Together we are continuing to grow and redefine the meaning of “independence.”
Our Philosophy
We trust that markets are efficient and that market prices incorporate all new and previously known information.
We believe balance and diversification are key and that asset allocation decisions determine the vast majority of investment results.
We know plan structure drives performance and that portfolios use structure and execution to outperform market indices.
We understand the relationship between risk and return and that portfolios must be designed to optimize that relationship.
